Delete your Doom Saver account

In the app, which is instant

Open Doom Saver, tap your initial at the top right of any screen to open your profile, then tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

By email, if you no longer have the app

Email doomsaver.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will delete it and reply to confirm, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication record, which is your email address and account identifier. This is deleted permanently.
• The usage history stored on your device, along with your tasks, your phrases and any mascot photo, when you delete from inside the app.

What this does not cover

• Anything stored only on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings. If Android's automatic backup is on, a copy may also sit in your Google account backup; delete it from your device's backup settings.
• Purchases are handled by Google Play. Refunds are requested through Google Play, not through us.
• Analytics events sent before you deleted your account are not removed. They are tied to a random app instance identifier, never to your account or email, so they cannot be looked up or removed individually. They expire under Firebase Analytics' data retention setting.

How long we keep things

Your authentication record is deleted immediately on request. Nothing is retained afterwards, because nothing else about you is stored on our side.
