Delete your Doom Saver account

In the app, which is instant

Open Doom Saver, go to the Home tab, scroll to Account and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

By email, if you no longer have the app

Email doomsaver.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will delete it and reply to confirm, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication record, which is your email address and account identifier. This is deleted permanently.
• The usage history stored on your device, along with your tasks, your phrases and any mascot photo, when you delete from inside the app.

What this does not cover

• Anything stored only on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings.
• Purchases are handled by Google Play. Refunds are requested through Google Play, not through us.
• Analytics events are not tied to your account and cannot be looked up or removed individually.

How long we keep things

Your authentication record is deleted immediately on request. Nothing is retained afterwards, because nothing else about you is stored on our side.
